Legal Researcher Paralegals

LAW Absolute are working with a top 200 law firm who are looking for a Business Crime Legal Researcher and a Civil Litigation Researcher to join them on a 12-month FTC.

Business Crime Legal Researcher

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out research,
• Drafting with relation to sanctions law,
• Maintaining the sanctions blog,
• Reading and summarising judgements,
• Drafting articles.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level or equivalent and ideally have completed the LPC.

It is essential you have gained experience before as a Paralegal or Legal Researcher within a similar setting and have an interest in sanctions and international law.

Civil Litigation Legal Researcher

• Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Legal research,
• Assisting in the preparation of articles, memos, and presentations,
• Preparing bundles,
• Document management,
• Taking notes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 at degree level or equivalent and ideally have completed the LPC.  It is essential you have gained experience within litigation proceedings either as a Paralegal or a Legal Researcher.

We are also keen to see paralegals who have gained experience within Chambers and legal publishing environments.
