SUMMARY:
Senior Legal Counsel (Property Litigation) – 3-month FTC – 6 years+ PQE – Remote – Large Specialist organisation offering a great opportunity to join and provide property litigation expertise during an extremely busy time and while they recruit permanently.

SALARY: Up to £80,000 dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
This Senior Legal Counsel (Property Litigation) level opportunity will take responsibility for a broad range of property litigation matters including but not exclusive to lease interruption matters, defective premises, and service charge related matters. Requiring an immediate start this role is initially offered on a 3-month FTC whilst the company undergo permanent recruitment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 6+PQE gained either in house or in a law firm. Successful candidates will need experience in the following areas:
• Property related litigation/disputes (including breach of covenant and residential service charge recovery)
• Working knowledge of the Building Safety Fund, Landlord & Tenant legislation and regulations affecting service charge
• Experience of property management, leases, deeds etc

This opportunity will require you to hit the ground running and is suitable for driven and motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
