In-house Paralegal


The role

This newly created paralegal position is with an international Financial Services business that provides bespoke execution and advisory services to leading institutional investors in Equity, Fixed Income, FX and specialised strategies. This role will be based in the Central London office reporting directly into the General Counsel, who is based in Paris. You will be assisting the General Counsel with his heavy workload, he covers a broad variety of legal areas but is seeking assistance with drafting employment contacts and managing the company's online central files database.

You

You will be a paralegal with at least two years' prior experience. You don't need to come from an Financial Services background although that will be an advantage. You will also have some knowledge and experience of drafting employment contracts.
