A Milton Keynes based firm is looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will be hard-working, out-going and a good team player, ideally with exposure to corporate law practice during the training contract. Experience of working in a city or medium/large provincial practice is desirable.
They should have a keen interest in corporate law and be able to discuss knowledgeably topical corporate law issues.
Key skills will include
- Sound legal knowledge, drafting skills and experience with a recognised practice
- Commercial, practical and financial awareness
- Confidence and ability to communicate at senior levels
- Excellent academics and strong ambition for career development
- Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm
