Legal Counsel - Development /Renewables 3+ PQE

A rapidly expanding, international renewables company, now in 25 countries due to growth are looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to support their development team across Europe. Working closely with the General Counsel you will work on a range of corporate matters including coordinating due diligence with the support of external counsel, sales and purchase agreements, PPA's, JV agreements and project financing. You may currently be working in private practice or in-house and will have already gained a few years experience working within renewables / development work. You will also be comfortable working autonomously from home with some travel within Europe.
