Residential Property Lawyer – Huntingdon – 1+ PQE – £Up to circa £40,000 – DOE – With genuine prospects for career development, this established law firm is keen to appoint a well rounded Residential Property Lawyer to manage their own caseload. 

JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 1 + PQE
LOCATION: Huntingdon
SALARY: Up to circa £40,000 DOE

OVERVIEW:
Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions, the appointed Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer will be expected to provide advice covering the broad remit of residential conveyancing. You must be able to come in and hit the ground running with your own cases and be well placed to deal with matters from initial instruction through to completion.

Experienced Residential Property Lawyers will have at least 12 months experience in dealing with residential conveyancing matters and be looking for an opportunity which offers you the scope and potential to develop a successful career within residential property. You will be comfortable in dealing with matters from instruction to completion on both sales and purchases and will work well under pressure. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role however you will ideally have a strong record of conducting your own caseload of matters.
