Due to growth, a Legal 500 firm based in Peterborough is seeking a Court of Protection solicitor (NQ-4 years' PQE) specialising, or looking to specialise, in Court of Protection to join the department.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience, or CILEx equivalent, dealing with COP matters. However, junior (NQ) candidates with previous experience will be considered e.g. as a paralegal.
The role will see you reporting to the Head of Department to assist with a caseload of COP and attorneyship matters. You will be dealing with vulnerable individuals.
