We are currently working with a Tier 2 leading legal 500 who are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their award-winning team at Partner level.

The firm have a superb reputation in the Hertfordshire region working with a variety of high-profile clients, dealing with a broad mix of HNW litigious transactions, covering areas such as;

• Commercial disputes
• Insolvency litigation
• Professional negligence claims
• Partnership, directors and shareholder disputes
• Company dissolutions
• Contractual disputes
• Debt recovery and fall outs arising out of personal guarantees
• Banking litigation
• Property litigation
• Contentious Trusts and Probate

They currently have a well-established team and keen to grow their department further with an additional Partner to make it a 3 Partner department. The firm are open to people who come from a more generalist litigation background or someone who specialises in a particular area of litigation.

You will be working alongside some leading individuals within this field, as part of a highly successful team offering huge potential.

This is a very exciting opportunity for the firm and there is a chance for you to make a real stamp on the department, nurturing Junior members of the team and providing an excellent service to the firm's clients.
