Development Lawyer

LAW Absolute is working with a Top real estate firm whose Commercial Development team requires a Property Solicitor with commercial and/ or residential property experience to join them on an interim basis asap for up to 3 months..

The position will involve working with leading practitioners Commercial Development team on a range of residential and commercial development transactions. Experience of working with HMO ( homes of multiple occupancy) would be hugely advantageous but not essential.
