Property Litigation Senior Associate - Working from Home

This is a growing Law firm based in Bristol. You will be joining an innovative, progressive practice and a firm that is going from strength to strength. If you are an experienced property litigator seeking a new challenge our Client would like to hear from you.

The property litigation team deals with a wide range of contract, tort and property cases from large multi-track disputes to small claims cases. The role will involve handling a case-load of complex and varied property cases predominately on the Fast/Multi Track. You will review and evaluate property claims consisting mainly of possession proceedings, rent recovery and property damage.

This is a key strategic role to oversee the department so you will need to have a few years' post qualification experience in this area, previous supervisory experience and be ready for the challenge of running a department yourself.

Please note, the firm are happy to consider candidates who would like to work remotely so you do not have to be based in / near Bristol to apply for this role. The firm will also consider 3 or 4 days per week as well as full time.
