Based in London or Winchester, an exciting Client Experience Executive or Senior Client Experience Executive role has arisen in an award winning firm of actuaries.
You will be joining a well-respected, successful and growing business development team which leads and implements all marketing, sales and client development and insight programmes within the firm and plays a key role in developing and delivering the firm's strategy. The Client Experience Executive or Senior Client Experience Executive will support the client relationship & insight programme, with a remit to ensure the firm protects their client relationships, identifies and replicates the things that really add value to clients and always goes the extra mile to provide exceptional service. You will support the client care programme, working closely with the firm's Senior Partner to scope activity and capture and collate insight and feedback on the themes identified and implement the client survey and any actions that are required as a result of feedback received. Using the CRM system to manage the client care pipeline, you will track client care meetings, produce quarterly reports and maintain relevant records. In addition, the role holder will assist the key account management programme as required. This challenging role will offer plenty of scope to develop according to the skills and interests of the successful candidate.
The chosen candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent with a proven track record in client relationship management or client focused marketing, ideally gained in a professional services or B2B environment. Proactive and highly organised with excellent communication skills, the Client Experience Executive or Senior Client Experience Executive will feel comfortable working to tight deadlines and remaining calm under pressure. A passion for ensuring positive experiences for clients, prospects and stakeholders will be paramount.
