Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - Sunderland

Due to expansion, my client a multi-service law firm in the North East who has been established for over 50 years is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the team. Salary is very competitive but will be dependent upon experience.

The role will involve managing a mixed caseload to include sales and purchase, shared ownership and leasehold and freehold. The team is very supportive and allow work/life balance to be achieved.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience handling their own caseload, a good general knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process and be well organised with the ability to work under pressure. The role will provide good opportunities for development.
