The successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in dealing with a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, LPAs, tax and trust planning. 

You will become a key figure in the department right from day 1 and therefore this opportunity will offer realistic future partnership prospects for a person that comes on board and does well. It would therefore be suitable for those with senior level experience looking to make a move or alternatively lawyers looking for the progression up to senior positions that they do not feel their current firm can offer.
