Private Client Solicitor

Claire Bate, a member of eNL’s specialist Midlands Private Practice team, is currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor in Leicestershire. 

JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+
LOCATION: Leicestershire
SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be required to manage a caseload from initial instruction through to completion. Handling a varied caseload of Wills, lasting powers of attorney, administration of trusts, Court of Protection and the administration of estates. You will ensure work is progressed in a timely manner, updating clients regularly and delivering exceptional client service. Attracting new clients and develop your existing client base is also a key element of the role as well as assisting junior fee earners.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally 4+ years’ PQE with experience of working within Wills, Taxes, Trusts and Probate. You will be able to handle your own caseload without supervision, advising clients and junior fee earners clearly, drawing on sound knowledge of Private Client law. A ‘can do’ attitude and high level of attention to detail is crucial to succeed in this role.
