THE ROLE:
The firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing commercial property team. You will handle your own varied caseload of commercial property matters which include sales and purchases, leases of commercial premise for either landlord of tenant, termination and renewals of commercial lease, options agreement, mortgages and re-mortgages of commercial premise and right of way. Demonstrating excellent technical knowledge, the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will boast a solid approach to achieving tasks and objectives, along with strong planning and organisational skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 7 years' PQE within the commercial property sector and will be confident in your ability to provide sound advice across a variety of matters. You will be a team player, with excellent inter-personal skills, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will prove clear capabilities of handling a caseload, providing clear and practical advice combined with an efficient and courteous service.
