The firm has had excellent feedback throughout the pandemic demonstrating the value attached to our commitment to delivering a personal approach to their client but also their staff.
They now seek to further develop their Litigation presence with the appointment of an experienced Property Solicitor to assist with the current workload and play a key role in developing and expanding the Firm’s client base.
The current caseload includes development work and high-value transactions acting for individuals, quality SMEs, developers, and local agricultural clients.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong commercial property background including Landlord & Tenant; Freehold & Leasehold; and Acquisitions & Disposals. This coupled with a strong aptitude for business development and marketing will see swift progression for the successful candidate. It is expected that a minimum of 4 years of PQE would be required although candidates able to demonstrate the necessary skills will be considered.
