Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Partner / Partner Designate

Our client is a highly regarded South West practice committed to adding value for its clients, whatever their needs, and ensures that national expertise is delivered at a local level. The focus is on being the clients’ long-term, trusted advisor by putting client relationships at the forefront at all times.

The firm has had excellent feedback throughout the pandemic demonstrating the value attached to our commitment to delivering a personal approach to their client but also their staff.

They now seek to further develop their Litigation presence further with the appointment of an experienced litigator to assist with the current workload and play a key role in developing and expanding the Firm’s client base.

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of six year’s post-qualified experience within private practice with extensive experience in director/shareholder disputes; contractual claims; professional negligence; building/construction disputes. For the right candidate, a clear and transparent track to partnership is available as is direct partnership entry for those able to demonstrate commercial awareness with a business development aptitude.
