A fantastic high street office serving predominantly local people is looking for a residential conveyancer to work in its small but busy team in Shifnal. If you enjoy working in a tight-knit, friendly and supportive environment, look no further.
Our client has several offices across the Shropshire region with an excellent reputation and a loyal client base. They are now seeking to appoint a residential conveyancer who can fit well within the firm’s culture and ethos.
To be considered as a residential conveyancer within this team, you must have a solid foundation within conveyancing. Our client will consider anybody with at least two years’ solid residential conveyancing experience who can manage a small caseload through to an experienced conveyancer.
As the team is relatively small, you must have the ability to work as part of a team with a willingness to support other people. The firm is looking for a residential conveyancer who is organised with a willingness to find solutions to problems that arise in the conveyancing process and the ability to work hard under pressure. Being a people person is key, along with a willingness to engage in marketing and networking as well as building up your own relationships with local agents and IFAs.
