Residential Conveyancer / Liverpool

A well established, multi office, high street firm are looking for a residential conveyancer to join their well regarded property department. They offer a supportive and friendly environment with a traditional approach to conveyancing.

The firm are looking for an experienced conveyancer and would consider qualified and non-qualified candidates for this position. You will be responsible for handling your own moderate caseload of freehold, unregistered, shared ownership, new build properties etc.

To be considered for this role you should have upwards of 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of matters listed above. This role would also suit an NQ solicitor who has done a seat in residential conveyancing.

Salary up to £35,000 for exceptional candidates along with generous annual leave and other benefits.
