Corporate NQ - Jersey

One of the offshore magic circle law firms is looking to recruit a Corporate NQ to their expanding office in Jersey.

You will get to work on a wide range of exciting cross border corporate transactions including international M&A and private equity deals. You will also be involved in the setting up of joint ventures and new company vehicles.

As a minimum you must have completed a corporate seat during your training contract. Application will be welcomed from lawyers qualified in England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland or any other common law jurisdiction.
