Residential Property Retail Solicitor

We are working with a leading commercial law firm based in Manchester who are ranked in the top 200 UK firms.

They would like to add an experienced Residential Property Retail Solicitor to their team and have a strong reputation for supporting high-net-worth individuals and executive members of SMEs with their residential property transactions. This role is ideal for a solicitor who has at least 3 years' PQE.

This is a firm is who are known for their excellent work and great work-life balance. Lawyers are well-supported by market leading Partners and encouraged to progress, making this a superb opportunity for career progression.

We would like to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Conveyancing for high-net-worth individuals;
• Conveyancing for executive members of SMEs;
• Conveyancing for SMEs i. BTL purchases;
• HMO purchases;
• Portfolio purchases and refinances
