Rated tier 1 this outstanding real estate finance team has a brilliant opportunity within their Aberdeen office for a NQ-4 year's + PQE solicitor.
This exciting role will give you exposure to excellent quality real estate finance transactions, primarily acting on behalf of lenders in Scotland and England (opportunities to become dual qualified). Your role will also assist lenders with distressed real estate and the recovery of sums due in relation to real estate loans, which may involve enforcement and the sale of property.

- Real estate finance, carrying out title diligence and completing or reviewing Certificates of Title/Reports on Title and drafting or reviewing security documents, dealing with completions and registration requirements
- Real estate transaction experience primarily dealing with sales including missives, sale documentation, discharge documentation, searches and completions and leases primarily lease reviews, but also agreements to lease, leases, variations and renunciations
- You must also play an integral part in on-going business development, networking and mentoring junior solicitors
