A reputable Scottish law firm, tracing back over 100 years, is currently seeking an additional solicitor for its well-established Commercial Property team. This role will be set for remote working in the interim but the requirement to work within the Aberdeen City Centre office when government guidance allows. This role suits a range of PQE levels, partnership will be on offer for the right candidate.
Your role will involve a broad range of high quality commercial property matters, corporate and some company secretarial. To be considered for this commercial property solicitor opportunity, you will have a sound understanding of the structure and principal elements of investment and development acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, land and real estate finance transactions.
Ideally you will be a commercial property solicitor with 3+ years' PQE who is commercially minded, possesses strong technical skills and holds a personable approach. You will also demonstrate a commitment to providing a first class level of client service and be able to maintain positive existing client relationships as well as developing new ones. Those who are less than 3 PQE are still encouraged to apply, however you must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in commercial property.
