A fantastic high street office, serving predominantly local people, is looking for a residential conveyancer to work in its small but busy team in the Dundee office.

Our client has a few offices across Fife/Tayside region with an excellent reputation and a loyal client base. They are now seeking to appoint a residential conveyancer who can fit well with the firm’s culture and ethos.

To be considered as a residential conveyancer within this team you must have a solid foundation within conveyancing. Our client will consider anybody with at least 1 years' residential conveyancing experience who can manage their own caseload, with some support.

As the team is relatively small you must have the ability to work as part of a team with a willingness to support other people. The firm is looking for a residential conveyancer who is organised with a willingness to find solutions to problems that arise in the conveyancing process and the ability to work hard under pressure. Being a people person is key along with a willingness to engage in marketing and networking along with building up your own relationships with local agents and IFA’s.

In return the firm offer a residential conveyancer a supportive and flexible environment where you will become part of the family!

This is a lovely opportunity for somebody to progress within a reputable Dundee based law firm. For more information please contact Briony Hannah.
