The ideal family solicitor will be at partner level already, or you could be a senior associate who is looking to take that next step in your career. You should be able to demonstrate a track record of offering a bespoke and tailored service to medium to high net worth individuals, covering all aspects of divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes, children matters and prenuptial matters. The current team of four lawyers, with support staff, has an excellent reputation locally, but the ideal candidate will also be able to play an active role in marketing the team and developing new business both locally and in London. The firm can offer a generous base salary and benefits, as well as the chance to have a say in the running of the department and firm.
