Locum Childcare Lawyer, 4+ PQE, Remote Working – A busy local authority in the North East require urgent locum support in their busy Childcare Team.
JOB TITLE: Locum Childcare Lawyer
PQE: 4+
LOCATION: Remote Working
RATE: £40 per hour
THE ROLE:
A busy legal department within a local authority in the North East are actively seeking an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join them on a locum basis. The appointed Locum Childcare Lawyer will be responsible for their own caseload of Public Childcare matters and be expected to provide timely and accurate legal advice. The postholder will be required to draft legal documentation, correspondence & reports and advocate before the Courts as required.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Solicitors and Barristers who have a minimum of 4 years’ experience handling Public Childcare matters. It is essential that applicants wishing to be considered for this role have recent advocacy experience and have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
