I'm working with a long-standing client who is looking to recruit a conveyancer to join an existing property team at the firm’s Redditch office. The role would suit an experienced fee earner with the capacity to manage a caseload of sales, purchase and remortgage work. Qualification is not essential – the ability to manage workflows and provide high standards of client service are more highly sought.
The firm is a busy and well-regarded West Midlands practice that has widened its network of offices in recent years and now has multiple branch offices across the Midlands. They offer a mix of commercial and private client services and are noted for the general quality of work that they undertake across their specialisms. Within their property department, a large proportion of the work is locally referred or repeat sales and purchase work, though they do also undertake some panel work from large national providers.
The role would best suit a fee earner who has sufficient experience and technical abilities to manage a caseload concerning sales, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity in respect of freehold and leasehold properties. There is full support – however, the expectation for the role is that you will be able to manage your caseload largely unsupervised.
The firm offers a strong salary and benefits package in addition to the prospect of future career advancement.
