We have a great opportunity for a Property Litigation solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a top Legal 100 firm in its Cardiff office.
You will be joining a well regarded dispute resolution department acting for a variety of clients including property investors, developers and occupiers. The firm deal with a full range of portfolio management work to include lease renewal litigation, forfeiture and possession proceedings, rent review and services charge disputes and break notice disputes.
Candidates with a general Litigation or Commercial Property background will be considered for this opening, an understanding of property law will be an advantage but is not essential.
Excellent training and support will be offered to the successful candidate.
