We are assisting a great Gloucestershire based firm in their recruitment for a commercial property paralegal.
This paralegal will be working alongside this busy commercial property team assisting on a caseload of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant. As the successful commercial property paralegal your duties will include assisting the team on commercial property transactions - drafting, liaising with clients and otherside solicitors, being a key part in transactions.
It is very important that you are able to show experience of working in commercial property with a reputable firm. You must also be able to show good academics.
