The Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a caseload including:
- Buying and selling commercial properties
- Property finance
- Property investment
- Secured lending
Although the firm has well-built, existing client relationships, staff are encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing.
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- NQ-5 years’ PQE
- Solid background in dealing with quality commercial property matters
