An Intellectual Property lawyer is required by a leading commercial law firm based in the middle of the thriving tech sector in Cambridge.

Our client  advises on angel and venture capital funding for both investors and investees and their lawyers assist technology businesses on securing, protecting and exploiting their intellectual property.

They assist their technology clients growth and exploit their businesses through licensing agreements, manufacturing agreements, research and development projects, joint ventures, cloud computing, e-commerce solutions while ensuring they meet their statutory and regulatory obligations.

They now wish to add a Solicitor or Associate with circa 2-5PQE from a well regarded city, regional or national firm with a well developed knowledge in all areas of commercial / commercial technology.

He/she would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
