A highly regarded US law firm based in a stunning iconic London office currently has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Cashier with strong cashiering/payable experience to join their friendly team. Working in a team you would be a key contact for the day to day client accounts functions in the London office. The role will involve monitor bank accounts to identify and process incoming payments in line with SRA/AML rules, handle queries from secretaries and fee earners and advise on correct usage of the firm's payment approval system,liaise with our bank's payments team to resolve any payment issues, process client account payments and other transfers as and when required. This role would best suit a strong all-rounder with accounting experience in a top law firm. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and essential and the successful candidate must have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines. Strong word processing, database and spreadsheet software skills are required.
