Senior Residential Property Lawyer
Basingstoke
5 years + PQE
£50,000 + DOE
Our client is an established top 200 law firm with offices in Surrey and London. Their highly rated and ranked property team is now looking for a Senior Associate to work in their residential property team to support clients of all sizes with every aspect of conveyancing, property and land ownership, acquisition, sale, lease and development.
You will be experienced and able to manage a conveyancing case load from instruction through to completion and registration including purchases, transfers and re-mortgages. You will enjoy and be encouraged to involve yourself in business development and will also be required to supervise junior team members.
