Your new role

This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you undertake an interesting mix of disputes work. This will include a range of contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, injunctions and directors duties. The firm has a well established client base that includes SMEs and larger corporates.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 5+ years' pqe who is well versed in running their own caseload. You should have good communication skills and be able to build effective relationships with clients.
