BCL Legal are excited to be working exclusively with this this Top Tier ranking practice seeking to recruit a 3-6 PQE Corporate Solicitor to join its Legal 500 recommended Corporate Team based at its Derby office.

Team
The team has a strong track record of advising on local and national transactions for clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to large listed corporates, in the UK and overseas.

The Corporate & Finance team advises on a varied mixture of high-profile and high-value deals, which in the last 12 months alone, have an aggregate value in excess of £150m. It is a busy, hard-working and close-knit team who provide a supportive working environment.

Role
Working on a broad spectrum of corporate work including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Corporate Transactions
- Shareholder agreements
- Private Equity
- Joint Ventures & Corporate Finance
Working with/assisting Partners in the Corporate & Finance team in addition to handling your own corporate matters

Candidate
- 3-6 PQE (slightly more senior/junior candidates with relevant experience will be considered)
- Demonstrable corporate experience commensurate to PQE level
- Good background and training
- Possess excellent client care and communication skills
