A growing high-street Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Plot sales Conveyancer to join their new offices in the Telford area.
The Role:
As the successful Plot sales Conveyancer, you will be heading up a small department and will have an existing caseload to work on. The role will involve business development duties by liaising with developers to win new work for the department.
Requirements:
To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a solid background in dealing with Plot Sales transactions and have held your own portfolio of clients. It is also important that you have been involved in site set ups and contract reports.
Benefits:
