Are you a solicitor looking for a fresh start? An international tier 2 law firm is looking to recruit an additional solicitor to support their busy and growing competition team.
What do you need:
- 2-4.5 years PQE in Competition Law
- Qualified in England & Wales with excellent academics
- Trained and retained at a top silver circle/magic circle law firm
The Team:
- The team’s workload showcases a strength in merger control work, as well as cartel and antitrust investigations.
- For EU law and state aid matters, the team relies on the capabilities of colleagues in Brussel
Work Highlights:
- Advising Bauer Media on a series of key strategic acquisitions in the rapidly consolidating UK commercial radio sector.
- Advising Uber Technologies on the merger control aspects of its $3.1bn acquisition of Careem.
- Advising Virgin Atlantic Airways in relation to the consortium rescue takeover offer for Flybe Group
