KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drafting company secretarial documents, including, but not limited to, board meetings, directors’ resolutions, and shareholder resolutions
  • Preparing and filing forms at Companies House (both electronically and on paper)
  • Preparing compliance diaries to ensure adequate monitoring of deadlines
  • Preparing and filing confirmation statements and accounts
  • Liaising with clients to ensure filings are completed accurately
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications and IT in general
  • Experience working with Diligent Entities (formerly Blueprint) would be ideal
  • Knowledge of electronic filing of documents at Companies House would be an advantage
