Paralegal

Shropshire law firm looking for paralegal to join their team. Opportunity for training and progression within the business with exposure to their client base from the offset. You will be supporting the firm on a range of different matters such as real estate, commercial and corporate, with the work being varied and challenging. There will also be some ad hoc admin tasks. Will look at law graduates who are either based locally or able to commute to Shropshire.

A niche firm based in Shropshire, they have built a significant client base across a number of different core practices which include corporate, real estate, finance and commercial property.

Description

As a Paralegal within this firm, you will be exposed to a number of different practice areas such as corporate, commercial and real estate. Responsibilities could include, drafting leases and assisting on mergers and acquisitions. General administrative duties will also form part of this role.

Profile

You will be based locally or be in a commutable distance to Shropshire. Although experience would be preferred, they will also consider a law graduate who is either immediately available or available on short notice. You will have great attention to detail and have a genuine passion for the law and it's application to business.
