A York-based Legal 500 law firm is looking to add to its family department by appointing a Family Solicitor to the team. They are looking for a solicitor to join their busy and growing Legal 500 ranked family team whose work is all privately funded. Applications are welcomed from candidates of all levels.
You will have full autonomy of your own caseload and will be providing legal advice and assistance on a range of matters, including a mixture of Divorce and Financial Remedy cases and Private Law Children work. You will have experience of advising high net worth clients on matters such as pension sharing, division of business assets and also of successfully representing clients in contentious children applications.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently but will enjoy being part of a close team, and be open to discussing case strategies department-wide and mentoring junior members of staff.
You will have a proven track record of meeting financial targets, display excellent client care and organisational skills, work well under pressure and be a true team player.
