Currently, we're hiring an Irish qualified Commercial Lawyer to join us with:

• Substantive Irish law experience (including knowledge of the Irish legal/regulatory regime).
• 5+ PQE with good academic background.
• Minimum 2 years In-house experience preferred; secondment experience will be taken into consideration.

Generalist commercial/corporate lawyer with proved knowledge/experience in:       

• Corporate restructurings, AGMs, share transfers, dividends, recapitalisations; experience with corporate divestments is a plus.
• Skilled at drafting/negotiating commercial technology contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Review and negotiation of financial services contracts; this can include: review of external banking documentation; review of AML requirements against local legal requirements; creation of written resolutions to open bank accounts and updating of powers of attorney.
• Knowledge of employment matters and Data Protection is a strong plus.
