Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a hugely successful international player in the F.S., trading and financial markets space.
Role
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts such as in respect of tech and outsourcing and getting involved with various additional day to day legal matters for example in relation to F.S. issues, IP and DP/GDPR.
You will report directly into the General Counsel and operate within a non-hierarchical flat structure.
You will be rewarded with an extremely lucrative remuneration package.
The organisation's HQ is based in central London and you will also be able to undertake some WFH/remote working.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 3-8 years' PQE. You must have prior experience of the F.S. sector and ideally also some prior exposure to tech related issues.
