Client

You will be joining a hugely successful international player in the F.S., trading, financial markets and new tech sectors.

This organisation is experiencing sustained and consistent growth and success and has therefore created a brand new position within its expanding legal team.

Role

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts such as in respect of tech and outsourcing and getting involved with various additional day to day legal matters in relation to both F.S. and wider commercial issues.

You will report directly into the General Counsel and you will operate within a non-hierarchical flat structure.

You will be rewarded with a highly lucrative remuneration package.

The organisation's HQ is based in central London and you will also be able to undertake some WFH/remote working in this role.

You

You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 3-9 years' PQE.  You must have prior experience of the F.S., trading or financial markets sector and ideally also some prior experience of working on tech related issues.
