CORPORATE SOLICITOR - a rare high-quality opportunity for a qualified solicitor to with experience in the corporate field to join a multi office Legal 500 law firm in Nottingham

CORPORATE - TOP FIRM - Nottingham

Our client is looking for a 1-year PQE + corporate solicitor to join their growing Corporate Team. This role will be based in Nottingham.

You will undertake a broad mix of corporate work including M&A, corporate finance, equity capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work. You will advise clients ranging from start-ups through to substantial private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions and much of your work will have an international aspect. Depending on experience, you will either support partners and other members of the team, or you will work on your own matters largely unsupervised.

You will be a 1+PQE qualified with experience gained in a City or regional firm. You will have a good background in transactional work and be able to demonstrate both working as part of a team on transactions, and/or managing transactions largely unsupervised. You will also be able to demonstrate an understanding of, and an interest in, helping to grow a team and a practice.

You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and global Clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm.
