Corporate Solicitor - 3PQE+

This innovative legal services company seek to recruit a Solicitor to join their Corporate team in Maidstone.

Team:

You'll be joining a team built around being different, our philosophy of being proactive, understanding their clients' commercial aims and providing clear advice
and guidance. They advise a range of businesses from local start-ups to multinational businesses with 1000s of businesses in their portfolios.

Role:

Seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer to join our team, advising on and leading corporate transactional work, in particular M&A.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years experience with a solid knowledge of M&A, including drafting and negotiating SPA's, price adjustment mechanisms, disclosure letters and shareholders' agreements.

Salary/ Benefits:
