Residential Conveyancer

My client, a Fylde coast-based law firm who are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer qualified to join the firm.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate previous experience managing a full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing files from start to finish and will be able to hit the ground running. Additionally, you will be comfortable working under minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills.

The Residential Conveyancer requires at least 3 to 4 years experience handling your own caseload consisting domestic sale, purchases, re-mortgage and transfer of equity as a minimum.
