Our long-standing client is recruiting into its very busy commercial property team in Plymouth.
Before and throughout the pandemic, this team has remained incredibly busy and its members are key players across the South West and beyond.
You will work with national blue-chip retailers, public sector clients, private developers and investors, corporate occupiers and telecoms providers.
Your day to day matters will include a mixture of landlord and tenant matters, including dealing with lease agreements as well as property acquisitions and disposals.
You will work closely with your local team but also the wider real estate team, often in other locations, on high value transactions on some of the best quality work in the regions.
To apply for this role, you should have at least 1 years' experience handling real estate matters at another reputed firm.
