JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Fee Earner
PQE REQUIRED: At least 5 years’ experience
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: To c£35,000 + bonus scheme and free car parking

THE ROLE:
The Personal Injury Fee Earner you join a busy department handling a caseload of predominantly litigated RTA matters, as well as some EL, PL and credit hire matters. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work on quality personal injury matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Personal Injury Fee Earner will have at least 5 years’ experience handling litigated RTA claims work and have an excellent technical knowledge of this work. Any exposure to credit hire or EL/PL would be a distinct advantage. Good communication skills and a flair for negotiation are important to our client and you will need to be well versed in handling your own caseload with little supervision, although support and development training are on offer.
