THE FIRM
This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic Chambers and Legal 500 ranked commercial disputes team, specialising in commercial litigation, IP and technology disputes.
THE ROLE
The commercial disputes team handles a range of litigation matters, specifically including IT and IP litigation and is looking to recruit on a permanent or interim basis.
THE PERSON
You will have a proven experience of Commercial Dispute Resolution work, possibly from an inhouse perspective. IP and/or technology experience preferable.
A working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules is essential along with:
Enthusiasm and motivation to get involved with business development activities
Motivation and desire to continuously develop own technical expertise
A willingness to support others and be a strong team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will be expected to deliver first-class client care and have the ability to deal with a wide range of clients with differing objectives
