THE ROLE
This is FTC role for a Corporate Solicitor to join an established in house legal function,
The post holder will be expected to manage a varied corporate workload. The role will carry a high level of responsibility, working alongside management, external Counsel and senior stakeholders handling the following;
Acquisitions - M & A work
Risk Management/Regulatory matters
Drafting and negotiating commercial/ service-related agreements across a range of business areas in the UK and Europe, including IT/data protection matters/consumer protection
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this business facing role, applicants will be expected to have 4 - 5 PQE handling corporate/regulatory work.
The role will be for an initial 6 month FTC. Flexible working arrangements may be available
